RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your swimwear, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. As a small business, we kindly ask that you read our policy carefully before placing an order.

We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for eligible returns that meet all of the conditions below.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Hygiene liners and all tags must be fully intact
  • Swimwear must be returned in original Sirencore packaging, including the seashell protective bubble wrap, undamaged
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return
  • The item must be received back within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect


REFUNDS

If your return meets all conditions, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days after we receive and inspect your return to process the refund.


Exchanges & Store Credit:

Prefer a different size or style? If your return qualifies, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund. Please note, exchanges depend on item availability.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to us at sirencoreswim@gmail.com in 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over £100 GBP (or $125 USD)
  • Orders under £100 will be charged shipping at checkout based on location and order size

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail with full tracking. You’ll receive tracking updates directly to your email through Shopify once your order has been dispatched.

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • US & CANADA Standard Delivery: 6–10 business days
  • AUSTRALIA Standard Delivery: 6-10 business days
  • REST OF THE WORLD Standard Delivery: 6-14 business days 

Please note: delivery times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or due to customs processing.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is packed and on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can monitor your delivery progress at any time using this link.
